Can an Arab scarf to be worn around the neck or should it be wrapped around your head? I recently bought myself a scarf Arab [it is considered a fashion statement among adolescents before wherw i] live there still have a strong political objective?, Or is perceived to be offensive when 2 Wear not worn religiously?
you should try asking this question in Ramadan section, where a large number of Muslims worldwide to ask questions, etc. It is in society and culture (or something like that holiday), and Ramadan. That is if you want a Muslim perspective.
Non-Muslims will think you are a Muslim, if you wear it. This could help you some flak. If you do not care about that, then you'll probably be OK. Hardline Muslims will think it is haram for you to wear if you do it just for fashion, but others will simply be happy that you are looking for modest, for any reason.
I said what if you want, you only have one life to live it your way. You do not hurt anyone.
Btw, where do you live it is fashionable? I like them, and which was, only I think I could fight for it here ... lol.
I wear the kaffiyeh around my neck right now in fashion, but I would not advise you to bring your non-Muslim if its one thing, but all Arab Muslims have the right to wear it. I am Palestinian and here in Edmonton we had a lot of Muslims, so I see everyone wearing? Flag
OFFENSIVE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ...
VERRRRRRY disrespectful. Well, my daughter. Firstly, it's called a hijab, a scarf not "Arabic." Other people other than Arabs wear a hijab. Indians, Asians, Africans and Persians have large Muslim population, not just Arabs. I do not see what all the rage these teenagers are, would you explain that? There is no political reason to wear a headscarf. It is a religious, Islamic reason. It is normal to wear a scarf around your head if you want, how you want, but not the Hijab. This is not the same thing. In addition, if you wear around your neck, then it is just a scarf around his neck. lol I do not think there's a problem with that. But simply not being disrespectful about it. If you wear a headscarf, just realize that this is not a Muslim / Islamic headscarf and not acting as he is one.
