asics 1110, I do long distance of 10 km to 18 miles. the shoe is very good for long, because of the cushining and support he gives you. It is also good for some fast running as a 5k runner intermidiate, if you are able to run under 5:00 p.m. 5k I would get a running shoe and only use it for quick trips as short a 5k. But if you are looking for an environment trainner distance running is good, and I use it for running and trainning and would definatley recommend it.
