Im trying to operate more efficiently, (forefoot running), I should get the Newtons and streams Glycerin 6? http://www.newtonrunning.com/003?s=003

I do not equate the forefoot running efficiently. The natural movement of feet running the show should contact the heel area first, then rolled forward on the forefoot. An exception is if you are an elite runner whose forward motion is so fast that the heel contact is impossible.
Any intentional change seems to be an artificial abundant array of problems as possible. In other words, the fit of your mechanical operation to accommodate forefoot contact could put undue stress on other muscles or joints that totally screw up this whole theory.
Good Luck
I love my Newton, I recommend them.
