Catwoman Costume

Really want to be Catwoman for Halloween because everyone and their grandmother will be Batman. I really want to go on the costume well, ready to spend up to $ 100 for some in real or near real leather and a good movie prop cat mask. Aim for a look dominating. Any ideas where I can get the stuff I need?
