Centrifugal Clutch

Centrifugal ClutchCan I change a centrifugal clutch with a manual clutch on a 49cc engine?

I have a 49cc engine that came out of a pocket bike. I put the engine on a bike, but he needs to have a clutch lever, but it has a centrifugal clutch. Is it possible to replace the centrifugal clutch with a manual clutch lever? If yes, where could I get this? Any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated.

why change it? as soon as you close the throttle, you can use the brakes, of course.

There is a high degree of entertainment value in this for me. At your expense of course! I'm just here to tease my friend.

It has finally come out. You are not, in fact, the installation of a kit, as you said in other threads. I suspect that you have a lot of trouble doing this, and makes it more difficult for yourself. You control your questions are intentionally manipulating the answers you receive.

Probably before undertaking this project, you have met many neighborhoods Sayers. This has upset you, because you've seen similar bikes in the world, and you feel you know this is a possible accumulation. In an attempt to reduce the obvious answer almost all questions that you posted, you are leaving out info here, and add it there.

The reality is that this is something incredibly easy to do what you're trying to do. For an experienced engineer and manufacturer who is, you are not clear.

For this implementation to work, you will have a transmission similar to that used in scooters. You need a centrifugal gear between your power and your final disc - even if this ends up being declared gear centrifugal. This award for the clutch, you will find handy, and the final element needed to drive it to work.

Nobody mentioned the obvious, however, and you will not find until you get all the Jimmy rigged somehow. That 49 cc Power Plant which will tell you about 10 hp my friend. It is about 9.99 horsepower over a human body can extinguish. Your engine, of course you think that puny, is actually quite large, and would make a pretzel out of a bicycle frame, so you can never get to drive the rear wheel. You managed to do just that, but you admit, could never get the engine to rpms real. This is a question that someone already preparing you sat up. If you had even close to Gears, you would do your project from a stretcher to hospital today.

You will need to beef the frame. You'll have the hand wheel. Including all the rays. Handmade, Single. How are you a metal lathe and mill up-right? This will require the acquisition of rubber somewhere too. You'll have to make the training of all primary and secondary. I could go on all night here.

When you changed at the point where it is even remotely functional you will lovingly reproduces a product, you can go buy for about $ 350. But you'll pay somewhere around $ 20K right

There are engines, you can buy that sit on your tires and change. Gas, electric, they are numerous. In addition, Puch, an Italian motor-scooter was for years a product, like what you are trying to build. Similarly, the east, "Yamahopper. There are probably somewhere around 30 companies between France and England alone, that make a beasty little like that as well. Why on Earth would you go to all this trouble? O
