Cycling UnderwearAre you supposed to wear underwear with cycling shorts?

I wear clothes them anyway, but it just did not feel well and I know that cycling is not fashion, but my underwear line is clearly visible. even though I was a strap you can see the strings.
Can I just not underwear or has it a certain type should I wear?

Your not supposed to wear underwear under shorts. First, shorts are made to reduce the friction and an extra layer of clothing to move or group, creating this friction. This will be the game or the period after the ride comfortable.

In addition, if an absorbent material like cotton, they absorb moisture. Exactly what the shorts are to be avoided.

If you wear a padded (with chamois), then NO you do not wear short nothing under them.

No, you do not wear anything. If you wear cotton it absorb the sweat and the friction causes and seams can cause problems. You want the sweat to evaporate as fast as you can to keep cool.

I was browsing in the bicycle shop in Dublin and I love watching the shorts and I noticed a lot of them came with underwear attached to shorts

Always wear something under your clothes (except for bathing).

At least your soldiers are covered if your cycle get torned shorts.

If they are real bike spandex shorts with a built block then no.

If they lose shorts are soft, often sold by bike or gym shorts, floppy disks, like some surf shorts that boys wear to the beach, then yes, these shorts are not real motorcycle.

bike shorts are appropriate to be worn on the skin. They are made of spandex and cut to the shape of your sitting on the saddle. They should have built a comfortable cushion that sits between you and the seat. You are not wearing underwear with them.

You should wash them after each use so they are fresh for the next race. Pay attention to washing instructions or you may ruin the pad and ruin a pair of bike shorts expensive.

PS good bike shorts are rarely cheep.

In asking this question I'm sure you love the idea of not wearing underwear, so why not just do what your feelings tell you.

Enjoy;)

Not in the summer.
