When it comes to the golf swing, strength and speed creates speed translates into power.
We all know what an exercise regimen may be good for the game to a person.

But I bet even the most devoted fans of golf fitness exercise to forget essential but often overlooked, the muscles that could help their game I speak of these small muscles of the fingers and hands.

Prohands, the world leader in hand exercisers to athletes, has teamed with Hank Haney, Tiger's swing teacher, Hank Haney to release the grip force's Essentials DVD & Exerciser to help resolve the issue.

"There is nothing more important in the golf swing your hands," Haney said in the DVD.

I always found pliers, as I call them, takes the stress at the office of Nice, but it is by far the best I've ever used. It is comfortable and unique. It is an interesting novelty seeking, two pairs of steel springs, ergonomic palm bar and protects the fingers separated. The device comes in three voltage groups (light, medium and heavy).

In the DVD, Haney explains how grip strength may help you to better control the club. The device also strengthens the forearm muscles that can help players gouge balls on crude.

"It allows you the dexterity to become a better golfer and you can increase your strength of each finger individually," he said in the intro video. "... The three fingers of the left hand are so important (for a good grip). "

Every time I try a workout, "I am surprised that my fingers are Wimpy Pinkie. Until you get used to these workouts, they may feel uncomfortable. I can say to each repetition working muscles I never knew I had to.

This may or may not significantly help my golf game. If not, I tend to hope it will allow me to type fast. In any case, it's worth a shot, right? So I'll keep pushing on ... so to say ... when I look at golf on TV or sitting in the bleachers watching my kids play sports.

The project, costing $ 27.95, is available at hankhaney.com or prohands.net and stores like Golf Galaxy and Dick's Sporting Goods Sports Dunham.
