How to Clean Your Fairy Wings fairy wings are a fun costume for your little girl but I'm sure not all girls are the cleanest when it comes to the party. Generally your fairy wings will be a delicate costume piece and you want to be diligent cleaning. If treated properly your fairy wings will give your little princess years of fun. Here are some tips you can use to clean your pair of fairy wings while keeping them in top condition for a longer life. Consider first the construction for the wings of fairies to clearly understand that the materials you are dealing. Most of the time fairy wings are made from the same material as nylons or tights. This material as you know is prone to races and easily torn. There are different qualities of course material as with any hardware, but no matter what yours are made of quality you still want to take care in their treatment. The fairy wings are often joined in the middle before the sealing material is placed on the son. They will be wired or recorded together where the son trained are attached. The only "sustainable" part of your fairy wings will be the thread around the edge and perhaps the coating material of the joint.
Let's start with some things you should avoid:
- Never put fairy wings in the washer. This may be obvious to you, but I thought it would be good to have just in case ...
- Never use a stiff wire brush and brush cleaning hair can damage your wing.
- Never use bleach on your fairy wings
- keep the wings away from extreme heat or fire

- The hot water is your friend in most cases. Use warm water and mild soap when necessary to clean most soils of your fairy wings. Obviously, we all know that you use cold water for blood, but I'll bet that if you need to clean the blood of your fairy wings ... which is probably not your biggest concern.
- Use a soft cloth to help remove cake or icing or other foods or objects that may get on your wings.
- If you have a sprayer in your sink is a great way to clean your wings. With the sprayer, you'll be able to dispel the slots of cake and put your fairy wings to life.
- Use a cloth to wipe after washing the wings, then let air dry.
I also recommend you spray your wings with Scotch Guard or similar spray protection once you receive them to help prevent staining. A small amount of prevention can save your head from having to apply the techniques of cleaning. So go ahead and enjoy your fairy wings for every occasion, be assured that you now know some tips to help you keep them clean and sustainable for years to come.
