Little Red Riding Hood Costume

okayy. So I decided that I want to be Little Red Riding Hood for Halloween. I have an old devil costume clear that I can use, but i dont knnow how I should do. all red devil costumes & & im not sure how I'd Cape & & I'm not allowed to spend much money then, yes, suggestions?

Take the devil costume cape and shorten. It should reach close to your buttocks. Below you can wear any cute, little girl dress-ish. Wear shoes Mary Jane, little lace socks and carrying a basket full of goodies for Grandma.

just wear a dress like something and I think you can make one from one of these small polar blakette [get red] you know they're as $ 4 at Wal-Mart or just a hoodie red if you do not, then ask around
