Which of these would be a good bike? I try to buy a new bike and can not decide to get. I do not own a bike for many years and have no idea what is good and what would suit my needs. I to 5 choices. Three are SportChek and 2 from a bike shop locally. The three of SportChek are:
Monster9.9 Nakamura

Reebok Pro Oregon

Sage Iron Horse
Can not find a page for her, but it is in store for $ 400.
Both premises of the workshop are:
Louis Garneau Cityzen 100 ($ 420 Cad)

Specialized Hardrock ($ 500)

I will use it mostly for paved roads / paths and gravel roads. I live in a region that is in short driving distance to a mountain of Nice trail / hill I would not mind having a bike that could handle that if I ever decide to try it.
Of the bikes listed, I am very sure of what to do. Cycling Nakamura looks cool and would be an inexpensive way to try a dual suspension bike, but it is too cheap a bike and it is the double suspension, even necessary for my constituency, as planned? The bike seems pretty Reebok because it has the quick release levers and disc brakes. The Iron Horse bike also seems good but it is more a hybrid of a mountain bike and I'm not sure if it will meet my needs for tips Mountain Trail possible. Cycling Louis Garneau bike felt like a very nice, but it did not front suspension or disc brakes. Finally, specialized bike looks pretty good, I read some good things about their bikes.
Of the 5 bikes listed, which seems to be a good year for me? The SportChek bikes seem to have more features for the money compared to those of the local bike shop. However, I am sure the bike in the local store are made with better quality parts and I would get better service / facility there. Is it worth paying the little extra to the bike shop, or the bike SportChek be the best for me? Thank you.
The bike is the best specialist in this group. Stay away from bikes are full suspension that cheap. He'll feel like you drag a block of cement behind you.
I like the monster of 9.9, he cons the shock, and looks like it would handle the Trails.
I would go with the specialized agencies
