Do I rent a sleeping bag in Cuzco, Peru? I'm going to Peru for two weeks in July / August and will be hiking the Inca Trail. Should I take my sleeping bag or rent one there?
Does anyone know a good (clean) place to rent a sleeping bag?
Thank you.
When you do the Inca Trail, the price includes a local backpacker takes your order to the next place to rest, so I suppose they have other services such as rental gear. Bring your sleeping bag or purchase one in Lima, I bet it'll cost almost as much as rent.
Anyway, here is a site with prices, there are sleeping bags for 3.50 to 7.50 dollars per day. But keep in mind that you have to rent them before you go and maybe you spend an extra night in Aguas Calientes with it, then maybe you have to pay for six days when you use it only three nights, the cheaper it could cost you $ 21 U.S.. Better to buy one and then make a gift to a local, an extra tip.

Well ... As you should sleep naked in a sleeping bag, would you sleep in a stranger used?
uh why you want to rent a sleeping bag? thats just gross. Especially when you can buy on like 30 dollars.
uh no
why wouldnt u just sleep in a stomach of goats?
