Shimano Mtb ShoesLOOK KEO Classic Pedals ... anyone tried these?

I am currently on a mountain bike set up on my road bike because I was told that the MTB shoes have been easier to walk in when I started cycling. I found this to be true, but I also found that my Shimano MTB shoes added about 3 lbs for the weight of my constituency. I just bought a new Pearl Izumi shoes which are much lighter, but I now need to change cleats SPD. I'm looking gaze Classics. Does anyone have experience with these and if so, will they do the job? I drive about 150 miles per week and participate in sprint triathlons.

You can search Keo sprints since you do a lot of triathlons and races. They both are very similar, but the sprints you can add a lot more tension in the pedals.
Pedals Look Keo pedals are probably the best road bike I've lived. I tried Shimano SPD SL pedals and they seem to be too heavy, with levels further cumbersome. I looked in the Time pedals carbon road and I heard bad reviews on how it engages mileage after curtain down. Finally, I tried the Keo Sprints and they were much cheaper than the Shimano Ultegra and a lot lighter.
Many pedals have a bearing problem. After a few miles, they make noise. This is because light and cheap bearings they use to keep the light pedals. This is not a problem for Look pedals. The rotation system is quiet and gentle and I could not be happier.

There are some road pedals very well there, the Keos being one of those that sell best. I was using the pedals Keo Carbon for the year last year and like them very much. I also have a pair of pedals Campagnolo Pro Fit also function well but are a little heavier. Speedplay pedals are well loved by many, but the cleats are expensive if you replace them. Shimano road pedals are very popular, and there are some generic brands that are most similar to the eye, even to the point they will use shims Look, who are easy to find when you need to replace

I used Look pedals Keo Sprint for the season and a half, and they were great. I do mileage similar to you each week, and they hold well after 2700 miles. I know I can count on them when I'm pedaling hard on bumpy roads.

The Look Keo Classic pedals is one of the most sold in the store I work in. Everyone who uses them swears by them. Almost all the pedal will be fine, it comes down to a matter of personal preference more than anything else.

I use Speedplay ...

On this page you can compare Speedplay pedals.
