Synthetic Diamonds

After watching the movie "Blood Diamond" and do much research, my girlfriend and I are ethically opposed to the purchase of diamonds mined. We are in contempt of the following:

1) The death and carnage of innocent Africans in trade in conflict diamonds.
Two) The greedy, monopolistic practices of the diamond cartel De Beers.
3) The artificial scarcity of supply of diamonds created by the cartel, which keeps prices high.
4) The bombardment of advertising diamonds and celebrity lifestyle that brought millions of people deeply in debt.

I want to know what are the highest quality synthetic diamonds available and if someone had bought diamonds online or from a dealer. So far, I love these online sites:
