Help Triathlon Bike Shoes? Okay, well this year is the first year we are allowed to wear "shoes Automatic / pedals" for cycling part of our triathlons.
I have no idea what I should buy for my bike. I now traditional pedals that come with my road bike, like regular running shoes.
These are the shoes I want:

And these pedals seem good, and not too expensive:

But what are cleats? And do I need with the shoes and pedals I choose what I want?
If a road biker and experienced help that the difference between the pedals and cleats are, it would be appreciated, Thanks! And if I even need shoes with spikes above?
Around explain shoes, pedals and cleats for me! :)
THX SO MUCHH! =]
Spikes (also called SPD) are essentially the setting that fits on your shoe cycling. That is what attaches to the pedal. In this case, it will look like this:

Do not worry about buying some they come with the pedals;)
I have those pedals you have chosen, they are very good for the money. Just to warn you that the pedals you have chosen to take fittings SPD-SL, as with most road pedal accessories, you probably will not be able to walk in these shoes well / not at all dissimilar to a penguin drunk as planning and projecting the shoes are very stiff.
In mountain bike pedals and shoes, assembly SPD is tied with is the one and only a little more curvy, so you can walk without discomfort:)

Cleats are the "things" that attach to the bottom of your shoes that allow you to lock your pedals. The studs are normally with the pedals. So if you buy the shoes you mentioned above and the pedals you mentioned above, all you have to do is mount the cleats to the shoes and leave. Some people recommend going to a bike shop to have spikes installed and adjusted (FDR is the term) to be sure that you are not stressing your knees. My local bike shop charges $ 50 for equipment that they do not sell, but it is useful to avoid injury. The equipment you buy is compatible, it will be all together ... but other treatments for this position should be aware that not everyone ... Look to be sure shoes accept cleats that come with the pedals (SPD, SPD-SL, Look, etc.).
Make sure you get the care and all have taken the time to practice getting in and out of the pedals before the triathlon. The shoe / cleat / pedal combinations should give you an advantage over regular mechanical pedals because you can pull up and push down with them
Good race.
