ok well im out of control hot topic in there like a skirt, but the dimensions are small, medium and large. And im pants size 3 then I want to know if I'm a size small or medium?

you probably want to obtain the small ... but may be a way ... So you decide .. I like Tripp and I wear all the time. pants run large size, so you are always buy a smaller size. However, only small series skirts, I wear a size medium / large pants on. in skirts, I wear a large / extra large. everything depends on the cut well, and cover the hips are worn. to 3 is a bit like a xs / s then you should be ok with the children. the middle would probably be too big. Then go to the girl. worst case, go to hot topic try a different size skirt, then for the size that fits best. Or if you order it, and it is too small if it is not exercised and the beacons are lit and it is brand new, take your local VAT, and will be happy to exchange it for you. :)
