Where is the best place to buy winter jackets are the women? As you know, winter is rolling, and PA is already here. Where is the best place to buy winter coats and elegant women? No marshmallow coats pump, prices preferably less than $ 110.

Haha I just asked about the exact same question and then saw yours! I live in MD and I know how good (and still elegant) winter coat can be practical, too!
Personally in the past I was lucky at H & M (they are often a little thinner - but affordable), Guess, Burlington, Nordstrom (I took some before the sale) and Ross / TJ Maxx. I also found that Manhattan sells some coats at very good ... probably because they are an essential part of the wardrobe of everyone up there. If you could find your way to New York ... peak winter coats are great!
