Having a pair of adjustment and comfortable running shoes can prevent injuries and improve your performance. So how to choose running shoes for women? The first step is to know the type of foot.

If you have a large bow, shoes will show wear on the outside of the heel and forefoot. If you have a low arch, your shoes will show wear on the inside of the forefoot. If you have neutral feet, your shoe shows wear uniform. <br/>

3. Step right foot in the shallow dish with shoes and socks off.
4. Remove your foot from the stove.
